Cancellation Policy

Removals: If you are questioning whether or not a removal is needed please contact me directly to confirm we have booked appropriate time for your lash appointment. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 15-30 minutes past their appointment time may have their service shortened or rescheduled. Rescheduling: Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This allows enough time to offer the opening to another client. Deposit may be transferred once per appointment. Cancellations: Cancellations made without 24-hour notice will incur a 30% same-day cancellation fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full service amount. Lash Retention: While rare, any abnormal lash fallout should be reported within 3 days of your appointment for review and adjustment.
