CANCELLATION POLICY
Removals: All lash removals must be booked on a separate appointment day to ensure proper time and care are provided. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 15-30 minutes past their appointment time may have their service shortened or rescheduled. A $15 late fee will apply. Rescheduling: Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This allows enough time to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations: Cancellations made without 24-hour notice will incur a 30% same-day cancellation fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full service amount. Lash Retention: While rare, any abnormal lash fallout should be reported within 3 days of your appointment for review and adjustment.
